Refund Policy

1. Setup Fees

Setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding, configuration, deployment, implementation, integration work, custom development, or related setup work has begun.

2. Monthly Service Charges

Monthly billing begins only after the system is fully installed, tested, and live. Monthly service charges are non-refundable once billed for the current billing period, unless otherwise required by law or explicitly agreed in writing.

3. Pricing Variations

Setup fees and monthly pricing may vary based on business size, call volume, integrations, custom workflows, number of locations, and level of customization. Final pricing is confirmed during the sales process or in a written quote, invoice, subscription, or service agreement.

4. Cancellation

If a client requests cancellation, setup fees remain non-refundable once setup work has started. Monthly billing stops on a forward-looking basis only after the current billing period, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Exceptions

Any exception to this Refund Policy must be approved by Frederick & Rosa AI in writing. No verbal statements or informal communications modify this policy unless confirmed in writing.
